These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the zelionhq.com website and the VoiceCue Recorder mobile application (together, the “Products”), operated by Zelion Solutions LLC (“Zelion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the website or downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your own personal or organizational use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store’s terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Products except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Purchases

VoiceCue is free to download and use with core features. Premium and Pro unlocks are one-time purchases — not subscriptions — processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, taxes, and refunds are handled by the respective store under its own policies; we do not receive or store your payment details. School partnership arrangements that unlock Premium for enrolled students are governed by the separate partnership terms communicated to the school.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Products to violate any law or the rights of others — including recording any person where such recording is unlawful — and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or the app’s licensing systems. You are solely responsible for the recordings and content you create with the app, all of which remain on your own device.

4. Intellectual Property

The Products, including their software, design, trademarks, and the Zelion and VoiceCue names and logos, are the property of Zelion Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Privacy

VoiceCue is designed to process everything on your device. Our handling of information is described in the VoiceCue Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice recognition will perform identically in every acoustic environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelion Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Products after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
